To accomplish that goal, all Valet King employees serving your hotel or resort will eagerly participate in any service training program to fully understand how to execute their respective roles.

To curate a relaxing, enjoyable experience at your hotel or resort, our Valet King team members will…

• Greet guests—every entrance will have at least one attendant present at all times
• Assist with luggage
• Help guests find their way around your venue and local area
• Provide additional care and service for elderly or disabled guests
• Escort guests in the case of inclement weather to alleviate unnecessary stresses
• Use our text capabilities and service to have vehicles waiting upon departure
• Assist in the departure process
